This puppy is in sound body and good health, and free of communicable diseases, has dew claws removed, immunizations up to date, well exam from breeder/seller's licensed veterinarian. It is necessary for buyer to continue immunizations on the recommended dates (attached sheet) in order to insure the puppy s health. Buyer agrees to keep puppy/dog's immunizations/vaccinations and exams current, as recommended by licensed veterinarian. Breeder is not to be held responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer under any cirmstances for this Shihua puppy.
Each puppy leaves birth home with a "Puppy Starter Kit", which includes:
It is suggested that buyer does order the " Puppy Pak" from the above website ASAP, to insure having the same health food prior to food in puppy starter kit becoming depleted. It will be delivered by UPS in approx. 3 working days to your door.

If within 2 years of buyer taking possession of this puppy, the BUYERS veterinarian attests in writing, on clinical letterhead with test results, to a serious genetic health condition that is life threatening, and after being verified by my veterinarian, buyer may choose another Shihua of equal value, when available, provided this is a condition due to genetics, and not a cause of improper/accidental care after leaving the birth home. This does not include overbite, underbite, ears tipped, etc. (This guarantee covers serious life threatening genetic defect only).
If buyer has smokers in the home, this health contract is void. If harsh toxic chemicals are used in cleaning floors or any area where puppy walks or plays, this health contract is void. Please be careful to not allow puppy in yard after using fertilizers, etc. Known carcinogens are in many of these products.
If any reason arises that the puppy/dog no longer fits into the buyers home (move, family changes, etc.) buyer agrees that said puppy will never be taken to an animal shelter, rescue group, humane society, etc. Buyer agrees to contact seller if buyer can no longer care for or keep the puppy/dog.
These little ones have a lengthy life span, desiring a person who is as loyal, loving and devoted as they are. Enjoy your little ball of energetic fur!
THE BUYER HAS this day paid to the seller a non refundable deposit of $ , in order to hold the puppy, and agrees to pay the balance of $ upon taking possession of the puppy (prior to shipping)
